Allmost perfect
I have been using this app since 9 months now about 4 times a week. It given me energy, improved my fitness and some nice muscles.
Only thing I dont like is that the program sessions are sometimes 50 mins long (incl. warm up and cool down) and that there is not more variation in the warm up and cool down.
