Good without weights but good with them too.

Im not much of a body weight Puritan but its easy to do the workouts and add weighted moves. The program is solid either way. Well done.

Very complete and a great resouce

Very good program

I like this app because it has detailed and clean explanations of each exercise. I tried many other apps: all of them have some trade offs between quality and mobility. This app is not as technically advanced as many of those apps. But the content and its organization is unmatched.

Workouts at your fingertips

Great app. Definitely helps to keep me committed to the programs....and the programs flat out work. You will have new respect for your own body and the human body in general.

Typically, I dont write reviews unless Im ticked off with a product but this one merits acclaim...it is well done and well worth the money.

Well worth the purchase

Incredible app. Book is recommended as a companion but not required. Book gives a lot of info that will make your routines more effective. They refreshed the design to make it look more modern in this version, but they were focused on superficial looks rather than UI, so it didnt really add much in terms of usability. I preferred the old design over the revision.

Awesome

This is one of the best programs I have done. The exercises are easy to learn but are challenging. As you progress through the program the exercises change and increase in difficulty which helps maintain interest. I like that I have the option to switch exercises therefore being able to customize the program to suit my abilities. Best of all are the positive comments you get on how good you look!

Love the convenience of workouts

I really enjoy working out at home and find the program to be challenging but safe. Feels great. Would recommend.

At home or not

This is exactly what I was looking for: challenging workouts at home with no equipment. No trying to construct your own progressive workouts- just open the app, do the workout, and go on with the rest of your day!

Awesome app!

I bought the YAYOG book and have been using it for months but it was hard to keep track of my progress. Not only can I keep track of all my workouts. I can easily create my own and it even has progressions! Great app!

Best Fitness App

Love love love this app. I am always telling others about it and I love how it is customizable for either the Body By You program or the YAYOG program. I am stronger by becoming a body weight training athlete than I ever was by doing the same old stuff at the gym. I am constantly challenged and my body has time to adapt without worry of injury. Love it. Buy it.

Love it! Easy to use and motivating

I am a 54-year-old woman and this app is helping me get into the best shape of my life. Its so convenient to do at home or in hotels if traveling. The app plans it all for you and tracks your results - no effort required (apart from doing the exercises, of course, which push me way harder than I would push myself - great!). This is the longest (starting my 10th week) that Ive ever stuck with one program. Ive always worked out but constantly flitted from one thing to another. You Are Your Own Gym is the BEST.

I love how this app can show you things that other people cant get a hold of!!! This is probably the worlds best app for working out!!! It is really good for getting your core into fit and your upper body....or even your whole body in a really good workout using only your body. This app is ideal for fitness and one of the very best.

Just fantastic! This app is very easy to use and extremely helpful! You can use it on its own or with the YAYOG book, together they can help you stay fit and active WITHOUT stress. Even 15 min a day can help you reach your fitness goals!! Gotta try it!
