I use regurarly this app and am very happy! Greatest bonus is that you dont need any gym gear. Handy, easy to use, strongly suggested.
Just started using the app, so far so good: simple, aesthetically pleasing, usable interface and quality videos. It would be nice if the app could show the calories burned during the workout/exercise. Integration with MyFitnessPal would be a useful addition too.
Im an italian Personal Trainer, in my opinion this is the best way to make an application very useful for the training. Congratulations!

A very good app for training
For me this is the best workout-app I have ever tried. Im surely not a fitness-profi, because of my chronicle disease, but this app has given me the most help with my body to get motivated. Thanks to all.
I can convince myself to work out because I dont have to get out equipment or run outside with allergies or anything. The trainer is easy to follow and there are levels for everyone. Love it!

I saw reviews on this app, and honestly it seemed too good to be true. I was at the time trying out crossfit, and I just couldnt get into the mantra, or the hefty price. After using this app for over 3 months now, I am thrilled with it. I have lost 15 lbs (though I changed my diet as well). With this program I can easily see my progress during workouts but also in other areas, like rock climbing . I actually look forward to my workouts, which is something I would have never expected. Buy this app. It will make a big difference as long as you show up.

Shows how to do exercises, great "personal" training program AND intuitive workout program builder... However, wheres the option for straight sets (with no timer for the set, not rest) in the program builder? Where the set just stays on the screen until you add however many reps youve done for the set and starts the rest timer. The closest thing is the interval but why does all the sets have to be on a timer?
My favorite app ever! Totally customizable. Ive been using this app going on 6 years. You can make it as hard or easy as you waNt. Challenge yourself to do 1-legged squats, 1-armed pushups, or handstand pushups. (Progressions all included) Theres also quick tabata workouts (HIIT) YOU gotta try this! 40 weeks of guided workouts. No buy this then buy that gimmicks. Yes there are other work programs. You dont need a gym You are your own gym is the total package.
The best visual aids Ive seen in a fitness app. Great personalization options, good explanations. You wont be disappointed.
Its my go-to workout at home and when I travel.
Ive done a few programs and had made my own, however this one is the one I go to most. Its set up for me. Totally customizable and challenging. I dont have to pull out any equipment or move furniture. (Except for maybe a chair!) I do use my perfect pull-up bar instead of a table which allows me to work up to a full pull up. There is no unnecessary chatting during the workout, just pure focus on the job! I really look forward to the warm ups and cool downs, they really help with sore muscles.. Love this program. Truly.
Ive used this for years now. Whats did I spend, $3? Its sooo much better than a gym membership.
