Great compliment to Marks Book

I first learned about this app after purchasing Marks book. The app is easy to use, and is a great tool to help follow the workouts presented in the book. Helpful videos showing each of the exercises in detail. I have recommended this app to many of my friends.

Great Workout App

I have been using the app and following the workouts for 2 weeks and so far everything has been great. The workouts are hard enough to work up a good sweat and make me feel great. I plan on keeping up with everything for as long as I can. Thanks!

Best app Ive ever purchased!

Great workout!

I have been using this app for over a year and its changed my entire approach to training. I really like the bodyweight exercises because it improves strength while also improving balance. I do wish I had the option of purchasing additional 10 week programs to provide more variety. I know I can create my own, but Id rather have a professional put it together to maximize the workouts effectiveness.

Good, not great

Likely one of the best body-weight exercise collection out there. The app itself is just ok. Would be great if one can add more exercises to a workout. Repeating the same 3 for 15-20 times gets old really quickly.

Fantastic app for the DIY workout type

Ive been using this app regularly for a few months now and absolutely love it. In fact, I just completed the 10-week intermediate guided program today! Though I havent noticed any earth-shattering change in my physique, I have noticed a distinct improvement in my general level of energy and fitness. More importantly, I have developed a regular exercise routine that I look forward to, and that is available at the push of a button--I just "plug and play." The variety and pacing of the workouts keeps it from becoming monotonous, and builds in rest time for various muscle groups. Definitely worth the $$$ if you are looking for a great way to get in shape without the shackles of a gym membership.

I love this app! Great workout program. It is very simple yet easily adapted to meet any level workout ability. When you are true to your form, this is very challenging. Seeing lots of growth and burning calories constantly!

I have YAYOG & Body by You. This app makes working out using Marks plans much simpler than flipping to correct pages in books, jotting notes and creating sets timers. This does all the work for you! Plus workouts show up in apple health app so Im able to submit to Vitality for points. Awesome!

Easy to follow program with great results

Im a 52 year old man. I have been using the program for a little over a year. It is easy to follow and adaptable to your specific abilities. I also bought the book to better understand the exercises and their progressions to make it easier to switch to either harder or easier versions of an exercise as appropriate. The book isnt necessary but I enjoyed reading it in conjunction with the program. I also have repeated different sections of the program if I felt I wasnt ready to progress. My favorite part is the constant variation in exercise, repetition and duration.

Fantastic App & Program

This app is great - stand alone or as companion to the book. Ive been doing the book programs for almost two years, tracking my progress analog and keeping time on my phone. Been using the app for three weeks and wished I switched sooner. Would like for Mark to add an update with his special forces run improvement plan. The military just cant live without a long run to nowhere!

Better than the book!

I read Marks YAYOG book and never started for a year ... Until I found this app. It makes it so simple to follow his method!! I feel like I have my own personal military trainer barking orders and sculpting my bod for important covert ops. Its worth every penny!

Thank you for this ..

So far so good

Im on week 3 of 10 in the basic program... Between eating right and utilizing the workout plan and have lost about 5 lbs so far. It is nice to be able to change the exercises based on your skill or strength levels, as well as adding more exercises to your routine on w given day. The only problem Ive had so far is not being able to save the next days routine when I change the exercises for the future and as Im doing the interval sets, when I finish time I wasnt able to save my reps... Other than that, works great.
