Ive been using this app regularly for a few months now and absolutely love it. In fact, I just completed the 10-week intermediate guided program today! Though I havent noticed any earth-shattering change in my physique, I have noticed a distinct improvement in my general level of energy and fitness. More importantly, I have developed a regular exercise routine that I look forward to, and that is available at the push of a button--I just "plug and play." The variety and pacing of the workouts keeps it from becoming monotonous, and builds in rest time for various muscle groups. Definitely worth the $$$ if you are looking for a great way to get in shape without the shackles of a gym membership.
