Best Body Weight Exercise App Available

If you are serious about wanting to get your body in fantastic shape, then you have got to get this app. Mark can teach you how to do it!

A Hard Start for Weaklings like me, but Nevertheless Excellent!

I wish there was a mode even before Beginner for exercises to start with for the perennially desk-bound weaklings like myself. You can switch the exercises each day to easy versions of the default Beginner ones, but I wish there was a mode that started with those easier exercises. After all, many of us havent strained our muscles in YEARS and its impossible to do more than even a couple knee-height push-ups. Still, the system is great for getting you going and if you stick with it, you build gradually and get the kind of long-term results that stick with you.

App Started Freezing

App started freezing when entering reps and at warm-up. Please fix. Ipad Air. This is my go-to app for bodyweight training. Outstanding app.

Great app

I love the simple structure and clear videos. Plus a great variety of exercises but predefined workouts so I dont have to choose. Add in really nice warm ups and cool downs... All in all, this is a great app!

Perfect.

I am often on the road and hotel fitness rooms are chancy. This app changes everything for me. No excuses - equipment always with me. Warm ups and cool downs are excellent.

I am finishing my first three weeks of the basic work out. I wasnt that excited to start as Im a cardio junky but my husband ( who hates to workout) got so excited and committed ( and had such great results) that I decided to give up some cardio time and try. At first I felt it was too easy for my legs and too hard on my arms. If I could make one suggestion it would be to make some female options. Im still struggling with the push ups and let me ups, but did better on the let me ups finally!!! Love the timer and the organized workouts, even the quick work outs are great, takes away my excuses. Thanks for a great product.

Best fitness investment you can make

Just finished the first 11 week Beginners program (1 of 4 guided programs included). I felt challenged, but not overwhelmed or intimidated. Definite improvement in strength, balance and flexibility. This is not about getting a "prison body." This is about balanced fitness. The videos help you understand proper form, while the accompanying text clarifies the muscles to focus on. The programs balance push and pull, and upper and lower body. I got my moneys worth immediately. Its amazing to think that I have 3 more programs yet to experience.

Best workout app ever

I use this app almost exclusively when I go to the gym. Couldnt be simpler to use and Im seeing great results!

Great tool for calisthenics

This is a great app for the even better book that Mark Lauren has out. The app is great for structured workouts and progression and takes any guess work out if the equation. Well done.

Great ap

I was a fan of the book, but this is far easier to follow and stick with. I love how the workouts are varied but build on each other. Ive used it for more than a year, not consistently enough, but I like the results: I am in better shape, with better muscle development and greater strength than before I started. Best for me, I still like doing it.

A great companion to the book.

Update: This app delivers real results. All the features Ive asked for- cloud sync between devices and integration with Apple HealthKit are here! I just wish I could watch videos purchased on my iPhone on my computer as well. Now all we need is optimization for iPhone 6 and 6 plus!

Awesome app

Mark is a great guy! Hes also got a fantastic book and this app just tops it off well done sir! The integration of both his workout programs on hand and the videos makes it that much more accessible and awesome!

The only work out program and app you need.

Period. You cant go wrong using your body weight and this app is the best. The exercises, the training programs, the explanations, the app - all great. Stop reading, get it (all), and use it.
