Fantastic exercise selection, nice user interface. Please offer apple Watch dedicated app, no much use the way it is now on Apple Watch. Other than that I love the app.

Great App

Very easy to use, good exercise selection but would like to have them categorized by progress that can be achieved relative to time trained. (proper diet will be up to us)

An exceptional value

The knowledge represented by the workouts in this app is extremely useful to have when you are not a regular gym-goer. I originally bought the book and while I found it inspiring to read Marks backstory, I am not very good at doing exercises without a real person to show me how. So, I moved to the app when I realized how easy it would be to vary my workouts and have the workouts automatically timed and such. I never thought that I would still be using this app, since I purchased it when it first came out and it is now several years later. Amazing.

Best Workout Program and Workout App Ever, No Way Anyone Can Surpass It.

Incredible program. Unbelievable ultra frequent significant improvements in the upgrades. Everybody should have this App. I was pretty fit already but this program has taken me to a whole new level, so easy I havent missed a workout in almost a year. Great variety. Only 2.5 hours per week! Big improvements in strength, balance, endurance, flexibility, recovery, coordination, feeling of general well-being. Everybody asks me if I have lost weight, and I have, had to take my belt in a notch. Also packing on serious muscle, chest, back, and thighs most significant. Grip strength very noticeably improved. Got a lot of compliments on my chest and back this summer at the beach. I think the back exercises in this program pack on more muscle and sculpt it on the back better than traditional gym exercises. No injuries, would be very difficult to injure self whereas I have had a few injuries in the gym, hurt my hand in power cleans, pinched a nerve in my neck doing upright rows and couldnt turn my head for 2 weeks, let alone workout. No prep time or warm up time necessary for workouts, no equipment necessary. Its fun to find ways to do some of the exercise looking at tables or jungle gyms in parks, a good creative feeling. No more feeling that I overtrained. Sleeping better. Recommending it to all my friends and family. This is the future of training. As this gets bigger, gyms are going to start closing. Im always looking forward to the next update because I know its going to blow me away. But if they left it the way it was now I wouldnt have a single complaint. It works perfectly. Get this app, read the book. Im gonna be doing handstand push-ups and iron mike Tabatas (insanely hard alternating lunge jumps 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest 8 times!! SOOOO HARD!!!). Soon, I hope you are right behind me!

Awesome

I first read the book and started the basic program, but as a beginer I was having a hard time counting reps and sets. The app is fantastic, my workouts are much more intense with the app guidance! EDIT: The built in video is AMAZING!

Fantastic App

This application has completely changed my lifestyle. Thanks to this app and Mark Laurens book "You Are Your Own Gym", I am slowly but surely achieving the healthy lifestyle I craved three months ago.

Best of its kind, maybe

I prefer this app among all the bodyweight workout apps, because it is very consistent in its approach and makes it clear what bodyweight training can look like. You do need to read up a little on the kind of workout required for the results you expect, but this app contains most of the exercises. I do wish sometimes that the app would have a muscle group sorting feature and that it would sometimes add a few more moves (especially for shoulders.) Sadly, the synchronisation feature never really worked as expected for me which is the only real minus, so 4 stars.

perfect compliment to book

I have read the book and found that this app compliments the book perfectly. Built in timers, workout programs eliminate any guess work. highly recommend the app for anyone into fitness or wanting to add some awesome new exercises to their routine!! Thanks to Mark and team for a great app and a great program! Every iteration is filled with surprises!!

Excellent App!

Loads of exercises. Can make your own workouts at all levels as well. Never gets old. Only complaint is that audio cue does not always match timer and sometimes doesnt tell you end the workout.
